    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

On May 3, 2010, the Department published the notice of initiation of the sunset review of the antidumping duty order on potassium permanganate from the PRC pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (“the Act”). See Potassium Permanganate From China Determination, 75 FR 63856 (October 18, 2010), and USITC Publication 4183 (September 2010), Potassium Permanganate from China: Investigation No. 731-TA-125 (Third Review).
