NorAm Gas Transmission; Notice of Compliance Filing

October 20, 1994.
    Take notice that on October 17, 1994, NorAm Gas Transmission 
Company (NGT), in accordance with the Commission's August 31, 1994 
order in the above reference proceeding, tendered for filing its report 
of data relating to imbalance activity occurring during NGT's first 
year of operation under Order No. 636.
    NGT states that it has included in the report each of the items of 
information required by the Commission to be filed in its August 2, 
1993 order in NGT's restructuring proceeding, Docket No. RS92-3-000.\1\

    \1\64 FERC 61,166 at 62,479 (1993), rehearing denied, 65 FERC 
61,343 (1993).

    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
be filed on or before November 10, 1994. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
