National Institute of Mental Health; Notice of Meetings
Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the
meeting of the advisory committee of the National Institute of Mental
Health for November 1994.
In accordance with the provisions set forth in secs. 552b(c)(4) and
552b(c)(6), Title 5, U.S.C. and sec. 10(d) of the Public Law 92-463,
the entire meeting of the review committee will be closed to the public
for the review, discussion and evaluation of individual grant
applications. These applications, evaluations, and the discussions
could reveal confidential trade secrets or commercial property such as
patentable material, and personal information concerning individuals,
the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion
of personal privacy.

summary of the meeting and a roster of committee members.

This notice is being published less than 15 days prior to the
meetings due to the difficulty of coordinating the attendance of
members because of conflicting schedules.
