Midwestern Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Site Visit

October 20, 1998.
    On October 28, 1998, the staff of the Office of Pipeline Regulation 
will be conducting an environmental site visit of Midwestern Gas 
Transmission Company's Grain Processing Corporation Sales Tap Project 
in Knox and Daviess Counties, Indiana. All parties may attend. Those 
planning to attend must provide their own transportation.
