    The following item has been deleted from the list of agenda items 
scheduled for consideration at the October 22, 1998, Open Meeting and 
previously listed in the Commission's Notice of October 15, 1998.

3--International--Title: Implementation of Section 25 of the Cable 
Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992; and Direct 
Broadcast Satellite Public Interest Obligations (MM Docket No. 93-25). 
Summary: The Commission will consider implementing Section 335 of the 
Communications Act regarding public interest requirements for Direct 
Broadcast Satellite Systems.
