Tekas Corporation; Notice of Rescheduling of Settlement 
Conference

October 23, 1995.
    Take notice that an informal settlement conference in the above-
captioned proceeding has been rescheduled from Friday, November 3, 1995 
to Monday, November 6, 1995. The rescheduled meeting will be held at 
10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426.
    Attendance will be limited to the parties and staff. For additional
