AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.

ACTION: Notice; correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice 
that appeared in the Federal Register of August 11, 1995 (60 FR 41079). 
The document proposed to revoke approval of an ``Application for 
Approval of Use of Methadone in a Treatment Program'' (Form FDA-2632) 
(renamed ``Application for Approval for Use of Narcotic Drugs in a 
Treatment Program'') held by The Dr. Oscar E. Carter, Jr., Memorial 
Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (Carter). The document was published with 
an incorrect docket number. This document corrects that error.

document, and in the 3d column, in the ``ADDRESSES'' section, in the 
4th line, the docket number ``95N-0193'' is corrected to read ``95N-
0194''.
