PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TIME AND DATE OF THE MEETING: The public was 
invited to attend a scoping meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. on October 24, 
1995, at the San Francisco Marriott, 55 Fourth Street, San Francisco, 
California.

CHANGES IN THE MEETING: The public is now invited to attend the 
rescheduled scoping meeting at 7 p.m. on November 14, 1995, at the 
Hyatt Regency Hotel, Five Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, 
California.
