Southern Natural Gas Company; Notice of Technical Conference

October 22, 1996.
    In the Commission's order issued September 20, 1996, the Commission 
held that the filing in the above-captioned proceeding raises issues 
that should be addressed in a technical conference.
    Take notice that the technical conference will be held on 
Wednesday, December 4, 1996, at 9:00 a.m., in a room to be designated 
at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First 
Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20426. All interested parties and Staff 
are permitted to attend.
