    The Department of Treasury has submitted the following public

    Description: The purpose of the survey is to assess the level of 
ease and satisfaction with using the View Debit application.
    Respondents: Individuals or households.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,260.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Response: 1 minute.
    Frequency of Response: Other (one time only).
    Estimated Total Reporting Burden: 21 hours.
