Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors Finance Committee

TIME AND DATE: The Finance Committee of the Legal Services 
Corporation's Board of Directors will meet on November 14, 1997. The 
meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until conclusion of the 
committee's agenda.

LOCATION: Legal Services Corporation, 750 First Street NE.--10th Floor, 
Washington, DC 20002.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

1. Approval of agenda.
2. Approval of the minutes of the committee's meeting of September 19, 
1997.
3. Review of Corporation's FY `97 budget and expenses through September 
30, 1997.
4. Review breakdown of FY 1999 ``budget mark.''
5. Review guidelines for adoption, review and modification of the 
consolidated operating budget.
6. Review budget timetable, September 1997--January 1999.
7. Consider and act on other business.
8. Public comment.
