Antidumping Duties: Notice of Extension of Due Date for the Submission
of Comments

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On October 15, 1998, the Department of
Commerce (the Department) published Antidumping and Countervailing Duty
Proceedings: Assessment of Antidumping Duties in the Federal Register
(63 FR 55361). In that notice the Department announced a clarification
of 19 CFR 351.212(c), the automatic-liquidation regulation, and invited
the public to submit comments by October 30, 1998, on the proposed
clarification. We have received a request to extend the comment period.
In response to the request for additional time to comment, we are
extending the due date for the submission of comments. The revised due
date for comments is November 13, 1998. Parties should address written
