Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C.; Notice of Proposed Changes to 
FERC Gas Tariff

October 22, 1999.
    Take notice that on October 13, 1999, Destin Pipeline Company, 
L.L.C. (Destin) tendered for filing the following tariff sheets as part 
of Destin's FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, to be effective 
November 1, 1999.

Second Revised Sheet No. 2
Original Sheet No. 258

    Destin states that the purpose of this filing is to file a tariff 
sheet referencing certain non-conforming service agreements in 
compliance with the Commission's order issued September 29, 1999. 
Destin has requested an effective date of November 1, 1999. Destin 
states that copies of the filing will be served upon parties designated 
on the official service list, its shippers and interested state 
commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
