Correction

    In notice document 99-27291 beginning on page 56366 in the issue of 
Tuesday, October 19, 1999, make the following correction:
    On page 56367, in the table, under Schedule II, under the heading 
``Established final 1999 quotas'', in the third entry ``3,900'' should 
read ``3,800''.
