AGENCY: Department of Education.

ACTION: Correction Notice.

SUMMARY: On September 23, 1996, a notice of proposed information 
collection for Complaint Procedures for State Administered Programs was 
published in the Federal Register at 61 FR 49754 which solicited public 
comments for a 60 day period through November 22, 1996. The public 
comment period, in the September 23, 1996 Federal Register notice was 
published in error. The public comment period will be provided with the 
publication of the Final Regulations for this program.
