AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice appearing in the Federal 
Register on October 6, 1997 (62 FR 52184). This action is necessary to 
correct an erroneous instruction.
