AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for 
the State of California (FEMA-3140-EM), dated September 1, 1999, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 21, 1999

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that the incident 
period for this disaster is re-opened as a result of the continuing 
fires in the State of California. The incident period is August 24, 
1999, and continuing.
