    In the Notice published on Tuesday, September 27, 1994, in Volume 
59, page 49272, the date for the beginning of the 1st quarter for FY 95 
was stated incorrectly. The 1st quarter of FY 95 begins on October 1 
and ends on December 31, 1994.
