Performance Review Board Membership
AGENCY: Patent and Trademark Office, Commerce.
ACTION: Announcement of membership of the Patent and Trademark Office
Performance Review Board.

SUMMARY: In conformance with the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, 5
U.S.C. 4314(c)(4), the Patent and Trademark Office is modifying the
composition of its Performance Review Board to achieve the maximum
possible degree of fairness and equity in the process of appraising,
rating and rewarding the performance of senior executives and employees
in the Senior-Level and Administratively-Determined pay categories.
This notice (1) announces the appointments of three new members of
the Performance Review Board; and (2) establishes rotational term
limits for each member to assure consistency, stability and objectivity
in the performance appraisal process.
