with Congress and the private sector to develop comprehensive
telecommunications and information policies aimed at articulating and
implementing the Administration's vision for the National Information
Infrastructure (NII).

NII, and includes the Group's draft findings and recommendations. While
it addresses each of the major areas of intellectual property law,

focuses primarily on copyright law and its application and
effectiveness in the context of the NII.
