Young Gas Storage Co., Ltd.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

September 27, 1995.
    Take notice that on September 25, 1995, Young Gas Storage Company, 
Ltd. (Young) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet:

First Revised Sheet No. 5

    The proposed effective date of this tariff sheet is June 1, 1995.
    Young states that the purpose of Young's filing is to comply with 
the Commission's order dated September 12, 1995, directing Young to 
file a tariff sheet within 15 days of the date of the order deleting 
the ACA surcharge from its tariff.
    Young states that copies of this filing were served on its 
customers and state commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests should 
be filed on or before October 4, 1995. Protests will be considered by 
the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but 
will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any 
person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. 
Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available 
for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
