SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On June 13, 1995, the Commission instituted 
the subject investigation and established a schedule for its conduct 
(60 F.R. 35223, July 6, 1995). Subsequently, the petitioners requested 
that the Commission modify its schedule for the investigation because 
of conflicts with the investigation being conducted by the Department 
of Commerce. The Commission has determined to revise its scheduled 
hearing date in the investigation.
    The Commission's new schedule for the investigation is as follows: 
requests to appear at the hearing must be filed with the Secretary to 
the Commission not later than October 23, 1995; the prehearing 
conference will be held at the U.S. International Trade Commission 
Building at 9:30 a.m. on October 24, 1995; the deadline for filing 
prehearing briefs is October 26, 1995; the hearing will be held at the 
U.S. International Trade Commission Building at 9:30 a.m. on November 
1, 1995; and the deadline for filing posthearing briefs is November 8, 
1995.

part 201), and part 207, subparts A and C (19 CFR part 207).

    Authority: This investigation is being conducted under authority
