Questar Pipeline Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

September 27, 1996.
    Take notice that on September 25, 1996, Questar Pipeline Company 
(Questar) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
First Revised

[[Page 51695]]

Volume No. 1, Substitute Third Revised Sheet Nos. 52 and 68 and 
Substitute Original Sheet No. 52A, to be effective September 14, 1996.
    Questar states that the proposed tariff sheets, which are being 
filed in compliance with the Commission's September 12, 1996, Order in 
the referenced docket, have been revised to be consistent with recent 
Commission precedent as addressed in that order.
    Questar states further that a copy of this filing has been served 
upon its customers, the Public Service Commission of Utah and the 
Wyoming Public Service Commission.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
