    AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
    
    ACTION: Notice of submission of information collection No. 3038-0043.

    SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has submitted 
    information collection 3038-0043, Rules Relating to Review of National 
    Futures Association Decisions in Disciplinary, Membership Denial, 
    Registration, and Member Responsibility Actions, and has submitted its 
    request to OMB for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction 
    Act of 1980, Pub. L. 96-511. The information collected pursuant to 
    these rules is used by the Commission to review National Futures 
    Association proceedings.
