SUMMARY: Three projects of the Forum on State and Tribal Toxics Action
(FOSTTA) will hold meetings open to the public at the time and place
listed below in this notice. The Lead Project will not be meeting this
session. The public is encouraged to attend the proceedings as

the discretion of the chair of the project, an effort will be made to
accommodate participation by observers attending the proceedings.

p.m., with a plenary session on Cutting Edge Initiatives in Pollution
