ACTION:
Announcement of monthly planning meetings.
SUMMARY:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), that a planning meeting of the Delaware State Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene by conference call, on Monday, October 16 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT). The purpose of the meeting is to make preparations for a briefing meeting on Policing in Communities of Color and Implicit Bias in Delaware, including refining the agenda and list of the invited expert presenters. The briefing meeting is planned for November 1, 2017 at Widener University Delaware Law School, 4601 Concord Pike, Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom, Wilmington, DE 19803-0406. A public session will convene directly following the briefing in November.
