Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council; Meetings

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meetings.

SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council and its Demersal 
Species Committee will hold public meetings.

DATES: The Demersal Species Committee will meet on November 7, 1995, 
from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. The Council will meet on November 8, 1995, 
from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and again on November 9, 1995, from 8:00 
a.m. until noon.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The purpose of these meetings is to review 
the scup fishery management plan, review the dogfish scoping document, 
and discuss proposed revisions to the striped bass management program, 
and

hear presentations on scallop research and monkfish management.
