action: Public hearing to discuss the use of helicopters and motorized 
vehicles to gather wild horses during FY 96.

summary: In accordance with Public Law 92-195, as amended by Public Law 
94-579 and Public Law 95-514, this notice sets forth the public hearing 
data to discuss the use of helicopters and motorized vehicles to gather 
wild horses from the Las Vegas District during FY 96.
    The hearing will convene at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 1995, 
in the Conference Room of the Las Vegas District BLM Office, 4765 Vegas 
Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada.
    The hearing is open to the public. Interested persons may make oral 
or written statements. Anyone wishing to make oral comments should 
contact Gary McFadden, Las Vegas District Wild Horse Specialist, by 
November 15, 1995. Written statements must also be received by this 
date.
