E3-00133. Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Overrun Penalty Refund Report

Take notice that on October 17, 2003, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing a refund report showing that on October 15, 2003, Transco submitted penalty refunds to the affected shippers. Transco states that the total refund amount, including interest, was $520,659.32.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with § 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
