    The Department of Labor (DOL) hereby announces the submission of the following public information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35).     Description: Title 29 CFR part 29 sets forth labor standards to safeguard the welfare of apprentices and to extend the application of such standards by prescribing policies and procedures concerning the registration of an apprenticeship. The Form ETA 671 collects the information necessary for the Department to enforce the safeguards set forth in the aforementioned Standard. The Form consists of two sections: Section I records the sponsor's information and Section II is for the apprentice's information.
