Southern Natural Gas Co., Notice of Technical Conference

October 25, 1994.
    In the Commission's letter order issued on September 20, 1994, in 
the above-captioned proceeding, the Commission held that the filing 
raises issues for which a technical conference is to be convened. Those 
issues center on the proper allocation of GSR costs between Atlanta Gas 
Light Company and Chattanooga Gas Company, on the one hand, and certain 
end users located behind their city gates.
    The conference to address the issues has been scheduled for 
Thursday, November 17, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated 
at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First 
Street NE., Washington, D.C. 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
