AGENCY: Appraisal Subcommittee, Federal Financial Institutions
Examination Council.
ACTION: Notice of reporting requirements submitted for review.

SUMMARY: The Appraisal Subcommittee (``ASC'') of the Federal Financial
Institutions Examination Council (``FFIEC'') has sent to the Office of
Management and Budget (``OMB'') the following Revision of a Currently
Approved Collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act
(44 U.S.C. chapter 35).
DATES: Comments on this information collection should be received on or
before November 30, 1994. If you intend to comment but cannot prepare
comments promptly, please advise the OMB Reviewer and the Agency
Clearance Officer before the deadline.
