Notice of the Board of Advisors to the President, Naval War 
College, Open Meeting

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee 
Act (5 U.S.C. App. 2), notice is given that the Board of Advisors to 
the President, Naval War College, will meet from 0830-1700 on November 
21, 1997 in Conolly Hall, Naval War College, 686 Cushing Road, Newport, 
Rhode Island. The meeting will be open to the public.
    The purpose of the meeting is to elicit the advice of the Board on 
educational, doctrinal and research policies and programs. The agenda 
will consist of presentations and discussions on the curriculum, 
programs and plans of the college since the last meeting of the Board 
on May 29 and 30, 1996. Naval War College.
