Description of Amendment: Pursuant to Sections 4.200(c) and 4.202(a) of the Commission's regulations and Public Law No. 106-213, the applicant requests that its license be amended to extend the deadline for commencement of construction for 3 consecutive 2-year periods. The applicant also requests that completion of construction be extended by an additional four years from any extended commencement of construction date that the Commission grants.
