    SUMMARY:

    This document requests comments on a petition filed by Charles Crawford proposing the allotment of Channel 241A at Birch Tree, Missouri, providing the community with additional local FM service. The coordinates for Channel 241A at Birch Tree are 36-55-35 and 91-24-23. There is a site restriction 10.5 kilometers (6.5 miles) southeast of the community.

    Comments must be filed on or before December 10, 2001, and reply comments on or before December 26, 2001.
