AGENCY: General Services Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: Because of low usage the cut sheet version of the following 
Standard Form is cancelled:

SF 541, Medical Record--Gynecologic Cytology (NSN 7540-00-832-7973)

    The 4-part set of the form is still available from the Federal 
Supply Service.

DATES: Effective on October 4, 1994.
