AGENCY: Department of Education.

ACTION: Withdrawal of notice of proposed priority.

SUMMARY: The Secretary withdraws the notice of proposed priority for 
the National Workplace Literacy Program: Workplace literacy services 
for empowerment zones or enterprise communities published on June 16, 
1994 (59 FR 31032). The Secretary withdraws this proposed priority 
because no funds are available for fiscal year 1995 to support awards 
under this priority.
