    Delegation of Authority to the Assistant Secretary (Management) 
    to Accept Gifts and Bequests to the Department of the Treasury; 
    Delegation
    
        By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of the Treasury 
    by 31 U.S.C. 321(b), I hereby delegate all authority granted to the 
    Secretary under 31 U.S.C. 321(d) to the Assistant Secretary 
    (Management)/Chief Financial Officer to accept, hold, administer and 
    use gifts and bequests of property, both real and personal, for the 
    purpose of aiding or facilitating the work of the Department of the 
    Treasury. Gifts and bequests of money and proceeds from sales of other 
    property received as gifts and bequests shall be deposited in the 
    Treasury in a separate fund and shall be disbursed on order of the 
    Assistant Secretary (Management). The Assistant Secretary (Management)/
    Chief Financial Officer may redelegate or assign any authority 
    delegated by this Order.
