SUMMARY:
On September 9, 2011, EPA published a proposed action, Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases: Technical Revisions to the Electronics Manufacturing and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems Categories of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule. In this action, EPA is extending the comment period for that action until October 24, 2011.

In this action, EPA is providing notice that it is extending the public comment period on the action published on September 9, 2011 (76 FR 56010), Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases: Technical Revisions to the Electronics Manufacturing and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems Categories of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule. The current deadline for submitting public comment on that rule is October 11, 2011. EPA is extending that deadline to October 24, 2011. This extension will provide the general public additional time for public participation.
