Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corp.; Filing of Report of Refund

September 29, 1994.
    Take notice that on July 29, 1994, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line 
Corporation (TGPL), filed its Report of Refunds in the above referenced 
dockets.
    TGPL states that the refund is in compliance with the provisions of 
Paragraph D of Article IV of the Stipulation and Consent Agreement 
approved by Commission Order issued May 29, 1991 in the referenced 
proceedings. TGPL states that it refunded $11,200,822.31, including 
interest, to its historical sales customers in 36 monthly payments 
beginning August 1, 1991, and ending July 1, 1994.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of 
the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be 
filed on or before October 6, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate actions to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Copies of 
this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection.
