AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by
Farmville Herald, Inc., proposing the allotment of Channel 225A to
Farmville, Virginia, as an additional FM service to the community.
Channel 225A can be allotted to Farmville in compliance with the
Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the
imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 225A at
Farmville are North Latitude 37-18-00 and West Longitude 78-23-48.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before November 21, 1994, and reply
comments on or before December 6, 1994.
