AGENCY: Interstate Commerce Commission.
ACTION: Notice of exemption.

SUMMARY: The Commission exempts from the prior approval requirements of
49 U.S.C. 11343-45 the lease and operation by Georgia Southwestern
Division, South Carolina Central Railroad Co., Inc., of a rail line
owned by Central of Georgia Railroad Company and operated by Norfolk
Southern Railway Company, between Ochillee, GA (milepost 12.0), and a
point north of BV&E Junction, GA (milepost 61.5),

subject to standard labor protective conditions.
DATES: This exemption will be effective on November 4, 1995. Petitions
to stay must be filed by October 20, 1995, and petitions to reopen must
be filed by October 30, 1995.
