    In rule document 95-21113 beginning on page 44260, in the issue of 
Friday, August 25, 1995, make the following corrections:


Sec. 212.4  [Corrected]

    On page 44264, in the third column, in Sec. 212.4 (i)(2), in third 
line, ``and'' should read ``an''.


Sec. 214.1  [Corrected]

    On page 44266, in the first column, in the amendatory instruction 
to Sec. 214.1, in paragraph c., in the first line, ``(c)(3)(iv),'' 
should read ``(c)(3)(vi)''.


Sec. 214.2  [Corrected]

    On page 44267, in the 1st column, in Sec. 214.2 (t)(4)(i)(C), in 
the 14th line, ``or'' should read ``of''.


Sec. 245.11  [Corrected]

    On page 44269, in the third column, in Sec. 245.11 (a)(4)(i), in
