Region V District Advisory Council; Public Meeting

    The U.S. Small Business Administration Region V District Advisory 
Council, located in the geographical area of Minneapolis/St. Paul, 
Minnesota, will hold a public meeting on November 6, 1998 at 11:30 
a.m., at the Federal Reserve Bank, 90 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, 
Minnesota, to discuss such matters as may be presented by members, 
staff of the U.S. Small Business Administration, or others present.
