Emergency

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the 
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, (FEMA-3130-EM), dated September 21, 1998, 
and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 25, 1998.

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Madge Dale, Response and Recovery 
Directorate, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Washington, DC 20472,

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency for the 
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, is hereby amended to extend direct Federal 
assistance at 100 percent Federal funding through September 28, 1998.

are to be used for reporting and drawing funds: 83.537, Community
