Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an operational meeting of the Citizen Advocacy Panel will be held Thursday, November 2, 2000, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Internal Revenue Service Brooklyn Building located at 625 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. The public is invited to make oral comments from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday November 2, 2000. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
