Dakota Northern Railroad (DN) (Waiver Petition Docket Number FRA-2006-24453)

The Dakota Northern Railroad (DN) seeks a waiver of compliance from certain provisions of the Safety Glazing Standards, 49 CFR 223.11(c), which require certified glazing for existing locomotives. This request is for one locomotive, specifically EMD, model (NW2) number DN 1019.
