AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Kevin
G. Greaser proposing the allotment of Channel 230A to Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as that community's third FM broadcast service. The channel
can be allotted to Cape Girardeau without a site restriction at
coordinates 37-18-21 and 89-31-05.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before November 25, 1994, and reply
comments on or before December 12, 1994.
