Notice of Technical Conference

September 30, 1998.
    Take notice that on Wednesday, October 14, at 9:00 a.m., the 
Commission staff will convene a technical conference in the above 
captioned docket at the offices of Central Maine Power, 41 Anthony 
Avenue, Augusta, Maine. Any party, as defined in a 18 CFR 385.102(c) 
and any

participant, as defined in 18 CFR 385.102(b) is invited to attend.
    The purpose of the conference is to discuss minimum flow 
recommendations made by the U.S. Department of the Interior prior to 
issuing new project licenses.
