Correction

    In proposed rule document 98-23776, beginning on page 46936, in the 
issue of Thursday, September 3, 1998, make the following correction:


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 46937, in the second column, in the ninth line from the 
bottom, ``feet or more above the surface of the surface'' should read 
``feet above the surface''.
